Automotive Technology Program Continuous Learning Program- NCTA COVID 19
We will follow the general schedule outlined below for our learning starting on Monday, April 13.
Monday-Friday We will start where we left off on chapter #9 in using the same material we were using in class. The Canvas learning program will be are foundation for Classroom work.
We will be working with Canvas using your login given to you in January for SWHS Laptops login and password procedures I will work out procedures for you to contact me at the SWHS satellite campus online : Class time availability is from 11:30-12:30 PM OR BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT.

For access to classroom instructional materials, we’ll be using a Canvas online learning program website https://swsd.instructure.com and students have availability to work on the Ford ACE High school training which began in January.
Grades will be updated during the week.
Automotive Services provides the skills and the knowledge required for job entry in the automotive trade at the apprenticeship level or additional training in a career-technical institute. The course will consist of shop safety, shop organization and operation, theory and repair of engines, electrical systems, brakes, fuel systems, cooling systems, power trains, and suspension steering alignment. The students will make repairs on the automobile in these areas at the trade accepted standard. The students can supply their own projects or will be furnished a project to work on.
This program is hosted on the Sedro-Woolley High School campus in their fully-equipt automtive shop facility. Students are required to self-transport to Sedro-Woolley High School for this program. Class hours are 12:00 pm - 2:30 pm. Students can earn 3 high school credits for completing this year-long course; 1 - Occupational Education, 1 - Technical Math and 1 - Lab Science.
